Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region sits above 1,800 metres, where cool nights slow the ripening of the coffee cherry. That patience is what you taste — a natural sweetness, florals that drift rather than shout, and a brightness that lingers.
Natural processed and dried on raised beds. The fruit stays on the bean, concentrating sugars into notes of stone fruit and jasmine. The result is a cup that surprises first-time specialty drinkers every time.
The Natural is where Black & White Coffee Roasters began — their very first coffee, still roasted in Raleigh, North Carolina by a team co-founded by back-to-back US Barista Champions. It's a natural-process blend sourced from China and Ethiopia, and it drinks exactly the way that sounds: rich, fruit-forward, and deeply satisfying.

We source this coffee from Black & White and bring it to you in a format that needs nothing from you except hot water. Each drip bag is nitrogen-sealed at our facility in Orange County, California — locking in freshness from the moment it's packed until the moment you brew.
